Refund policy
Once your return is on its way back to us, here's exactly what happens next — no mysteries, no waiting in the dark!
How Refunds Work
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't seen it, please contact us at contact@cuddlingpets.store — we'll look into it right away!
Refund Method
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout — whether that's your credit card, PayPal, or any other payment option. We're unable to redirect refunds to a different account or payment method.
When Refunds Are Not Issued
Just so you're aware, refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The item shows signs of use, misuse, or modification
- The return request is made after the 15-day return window
- The item is missing its original packaging, tags, or accessories
- No proof of purchase or order number is provided
- The item is customized, personalized, or a gift card
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if the item is returned in a condition that doesn't fully meet our return requirements — for example, missing some accessories or with minor packaging damage. We'll always communicate clearly before making this decision.
