At Cuddling Pets, we want you and your furry friend to absolutely love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — no stress, no hassle!

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We keep it simple!

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in perfect condition
  • In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and protective films included
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Just drop us a message at contact@cuddlingpets.store and our team will walk you through every step. Please reach out before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless local law states otherwise. We'll provide the correct return address based on your location once your request is approved.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

We're so sorry about that! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 48 hours if anything looks off — whether it's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.

A few photos or a short video go a long way in helping us sort things out quickly for you!

Items We Can't Accept Back

We want to be upfront about this. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of use, misuse, or modification
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery

Sale & Discounted Items

Great news — items bought on sale or with a discount are still eligible for return, as long as they meet the conditions above!

The easiest way is to return your item under this policy and place a new order once the return is approved. Quick and straightforward!

Canceling an Order

You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Once it's been processed and handed to the carrier, we're unable to make changes. In that case, simply wait for it to arrive and then reach out to start a return!

A Note on Shipping Times

Delivery estimates on our website are just that — estimates. Occasionally, things like customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, or busy seasons can cause packages to arrive a little later than expected. We always do our best to get your order to you on time, and if anything seems off, don't hesitate to reach out!
