We know how exciting it is to get something new for your furry companion โ€” so we work hard to make sure every order gets to you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know! ๐Ÿพ

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we get straight to work! Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days โ€” that includes verifying your order, running quality checks, and packing everything up with care.

We don't process orders on weekends or public holidays, and during busy seasons things might move just a touch slower โ€” but we always do our best to get your package on its way as quickly as possible!

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Once your order is on its way, you can typically expect it to arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on where you're located.

Keep in mind these are estimates โ€” occasional delays can happen due to things like:

  • Customs clearance
  • High order volumes during peak seasons
  • Weather conditions or unexpected carrier hiccups

We appreciate your patience, and we promise it'll be worth it when your pet gets their new goodies! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Tracking Your Order

The moment your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

It can take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking info to show up after the label is created โ€” carriers sometimes need a little time to scan and register everything into their system. So if it looks quiet at first, don't worry!

Please Double-Check Your Address!

Before you hit that "Place Order" button, make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate โ€” we'd hate for your order to end up somewhere it shouldn't!

Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details. If a package gets returned to us because of an address error, re-shipping costs may apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipping internationally, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authorities โ€” they're completely outside our control, and we're not able to predict or cover them.

If you're unsure what to expect, we'd recommend checking with your local customs office beforehand โ€” just to be safe!

Package Taking Longer Than Expected?

Start by checking your tracking link for the latest updates โ€” sometimes packages just need an extra day or two to move through the system.

If the tracking hasn't updated in a few days, just shoot us a message at contact@cuddlingpets.store and we'll look into it with the carrier right away. You're never alone in this โ€” we've got your back!ย 

Tracking Says "Delivered" But Nothing's There?

That can be really frustrating โ€” we get it! Here are a few things worth checking first:

  • Look around your front door, porch, mailbox, or any spot the carrier might have tucked it away
  • Ask neighbors or other people in your household
  • Give your local post office or carrier branch a quick call โ€” they often have more details

Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, we're unfortunately unable to issue a refund for non-receipt. But we'll absolutely help you open a claim with the carrier and do everything we can to find a resolution!
